The quality of the different materials, as well as the diverse industrial processes, are controlled by means of its sections and employing strict homologated procedures.
In the metallographic laboratory, the analisys of the components and structures of the materials and their treatments is carried out.The checking section, using modern equipment, realizes to the several elements to be incorporated controls of size, rugosity, hardness, and non-destructive test by means of ultrasonic equipment, electromagnetic currents, etc.
The finished units are exposed to various test and trials, evaluating their efficiency and behaviour by means of the control of the thermic evolution parameters, noises, vibrations, etc. These results are recorded for subsequent follow-up.
